Webshopsoftware

WooCommerce
Our webshop is developed with software of WooCommerce. We host our webshop on our own server. We work with appropriate techniques and organizational measures in order to prevent abuse, lost and corruption of data as much as possible. As a start, we are using a SSL-encryption as well as a strong password-policy. Moreover, we are making back-ups on a regular basis in order to prevent loss of data.

Webhosting

Just Host (justhost.nl)
Just Host takes care of our webshosting and email-services. This party does not use personal data for their own purposes. It is possible that they collect metadata about the usage of the services, which is not the same as personal/privacy-related data. Just Host works with appropriate techniques and organizational measures in order to prevent abuse, lost and corruption of data as much as possible. E-mail en mailing lists

MailChimp
Our newsletters are being sent with Mailchimp. This party will never use your name and mailaddress for their own purposes. Every newsletter has the option to unsubscribe. This unsubscribe button can be found at the very bottom of the newsletter. If you have unsubscribed, you will not receive any other newsletters from us. Your personal data is being saved by Mailchimp in a secure way. Mailchimp is using cookies and other internettechnologies in order to see if e-mails are being received, opened and read. Mailchimp has the right to use data in order to improve their services, as well as sharing the data with third parties as long as it serves the same right to improve services.

Just Host (justhost.nl)
Our regular mailings happen via the services of Just Host. This party works with appropriate techniques and organizational measures in order to prevent abuse, lost and corruption of data as much as possible. Just Host does not have access to our inboxes and we handle our e-mail traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

Mollie
To process (part of) the payments in our webshop, we make use of the platform Mollie. Mollie processes your name, residence and payment details like a bank account or a creditcardnumber. This party works with appropriate techniques and organizational measures to secure your personal data. Mollie has the right to use data in order to improve their services, as well as sharing the (anonymized) data with third parties as long as it serves the same right to improve services. Mollie stores data for as long as it is allowed to be stored by law.

Shipment and logistics

PostNL
It is our job to have your package delivered at your address once an order has been made. We are using the shipment services of PostNL. To realise shipments, it is neccesary to collect your name and address details, and share this with PostNL. PostNL exclusively uses this information in order to execute their shipment services. Whenever PostNL decides to use subcontractors, this neccesary information is also shared with them in order to fulfill their services.

Invoicing and accounting

MoneyBird
We are using services of Moneybird for invoicing and accounting purposes. We are sharing name and address details regarding your order. This data is being used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is being shared and stored in a secure environment. Moneybird works with appropriate techniques and organizational measures to secure your personal data against abuse and loss. MoneyBird is obliged to secrecy and will handle your personal data confidentially. Moneybird will not use the personal data for other purposed than mentioned above.
